Refunds

Refund policy

Seven days from payment, no reason required. Cancel any time to stop future charges.

Effective date:

Nothing is currently for sale

No paid plan is available to buy today. There is no checkout on this site and no payment integration behind it. This policy is published in advance so that it is settled and readable before the first charge, not written after one. Until a paid plan exists, every tool on this site is free and nothing here can be purchased or refunded. The Pricing page lists what is planned and what actually exists today.

Who you would be buying from

Seges Trust is operated by 吳遠佛界, an individual trading as a natural person in Taiwan.

Payments would be processed by a Merchant of Record. That means the payment platform, not Seges Trust, is the legal seller for the transaction: it charges you, it issues the invoice, it handles tax, and its own refund terms apply to the payment. The policy on this page is what we apply in addition to that. Where the two differ, we will honour whichever is more favourable to you.

Seven-day refund

You can request a full refund within seven days of a payment, for any reason or none. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to justify it.

Seven days is chosen to line up with the cooling-off period Taiwan consumer law provides for distance selling. Whether that statutory right applies to a particular digital service is a question of law and can depend on how the service was delivered; this policy gives you the seven days as a contractual commitment either way, so you do not have to resolve that question to get your money back.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not by itself refund a payment already taken — the seven-day window above is what covers that. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request a refund

Write to the contact address from the address you paid with, and say which payment you mean. Including the date and amount is enough; you do not need an account, a reference number, or a receipt to start.

Because a Merchant of Record processes the payment, a refund may also be requestable directly through the platform that charged you. Either route is fine.

If a refund is refused

If we decline a refund request, we will say why, in writing. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of the place you live, and nothing here requires you to give up a statutory remedy in order to use the one on this page.
