Privacy, data-subject, and deletion requests
The same address takes privacy questions and requests about your own data — access, correction, deletion, or an objection to a particular use. The Privacy notice sets out exactly what is stored and for how long; please include enough detail to identify the record you mean, such as a critique report’s permalink or report ID, or the host on a domain-verification record. If you signed in with Google, you do not have to write to anyone to delete your data: the Account page deletes your account record, your verified domains, your still-pending domain challenges, and every critique report attached to your account, immediately and by yourself.
Security reports
To report a vulnerability in Seges Trust itself, write to the same address. A machine-readable version of this contact route is published at /.well-known/security.txt in the format defined by RFC 9116, so an automated tool or a researcher who never sees this page can still find where to send a report.
If your site was checked and you did not authorize it
This address is also the route for objecting to a check that was run against your site. The instant page check performs a one-time, read-only visit to a single public URL submitted by a visitor who attests they are authorized to request it. That attestation is not independently verified unless the submitted URL’s host also holds a verified DNS domain-ownership record obtained through domain verification — so a check can reach a page whose operator never asked for it and never agreed to it.
If that is what happened to you, write to contact@trust.seges.ai with the URL or host involved and what you object to. We act on those reports: a stored report can be deleted ahead of its normal 90-day expiry, and we will look into the request that produced it. You do not need an account to raise an objection, and you do not need to prove ownership of the host before writing — say what you can, and we will follow up.
